1. Who we are and what this Policy covers

UrExcellency Technologies ("UrExcellency," "we," "us," or "our") operates UrExcellency Studio from West Bengal, India. This Policy covers the Studio website and the publishing tools and production workflows we operate for the following brands and services:

This shared Policy applies when the Studio umbrella name, an app registration, an authorization screen, or a publishing workflow uses any of those names but links to studio.urexcellency.com for its official legal information.

2. Information we process

Website and support information

When you visit the Studio website, our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested page, and security or diagnostic logs. If you email us, we receive the information included in your message and your email address.

TikTok authorization information

When an authorized operator connects an owned TikTok Business Account through TikTok API for Business, TikTok may return an app-specific account identifier (open_id), the approved video.publish permission, access and refresh tokens, token type, and expiry information. The Studio uses this data only to authenticate the intended account and perform authorized publishing operations. We do not receive or store the operator's TikTok password; authorization takes place on TikTok.

Pinterest authorization information

When an authorized operator connects the Studio's owned Pinterest account through Pinterest's authorization flow, Pinterest may return the account username and identifier, approved permissions, access and refresh tokens, token type, and expiry information. The requested permissions are limited to reading and managing the Studio's own account, boards, and Pins. We use this data only to verify the intended account and perform operator-approved publishing actions. We do not receive or store the operator's Pinterest password; authorization takes place on Pinterest.

Publishing content and metadata

When a publication is initiated, we may process the operator-selected image or video, its file and transfer metadata, the intended brand and account, locally prepared title, description, caption, hashtag, alt-text, destination-link, disclosure, and interaction-setting data, and the private publishing-task identifier, status, timestamp, receipt, and error information returned by the selected platform. For TikTok, a temporary copy of an approved video is placed on the Studio's access-controlled Cloudflare R2 media origin so TikTok can retrieve it. For Pinterest, the workflow sends the selected creative and metadata to the exact board chosen by the operator. Each public TikTok post and each Pin is individually selected or approved by an authorized human operator.

The publishing workflow is available only to authorized operators of the Studio's owned TikTok Business Accounts and owned Pinterest account. It is not a public uploader and does not allow an unrelated person to publish to either platform.

Locally generated production records

Our production systems may retain local copies of generated media, titles, descriptions, hashtags, review records, checksums, and delivery receipts so that we can avoid duplicate uploads, confirm successful transfers, and troubleshoot errors.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• authenticate an authorized operator and maintain TikTok or Pinterest connections that the operator approved;
• prepare media and metadata for the selected UrExcellency brand;
• stage an approved video and submit its caption, disclosures, and interaction settings for an authorized public TikTok post;
• submit an approved creative and its title, description, alt text, link, and board selection for an authorized public Pinterest Pin;
• record publishing status, prevent duplicate posts, and resolve failures;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Studio website and publishing workflows;
• respond to support, privacy, and legal requests; and
• comply with applicable law and platform rules.

We do not sell TikTok- or Pinterest-derived information or personal information, and we do not use it for third-party targeted advertising.

4. When information is shared

• TikTok: authorization data, the approved video URL, caption, disclosure and interaction settings, and required technical publishing data are transmitted to TikTok when an authorized operator initiates publication. TikTok processes that information under its own terms and policies.
• Pinterest: authorization data, the approved creative and its title, description, alt text, optional destination link, board identifier, and required technical publishing data are transmitted to Pinterest when an authorized operator initiates publication. Pinterest processes that information under its own terms and policies.
• Cloudflare: provides website delivery, network security, related request logging, and temporary R2 media hosting used for TikTok's authorized video retrieval.
• Google Fonts and YouTube: the Studio website loads web fonts from Google and contains an embedded YouTube video. Those services may receive standard browser and request information when their content loads.
• Legal and safety: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal request.

TikTok and Pinterest account data is not sent to the local AI models used to generate publishing captions or other creative metadata.

5. Storage and retention

• TikTok and Pinterest authorization tokens are stored on access-controlled, operator-managed local systems and excluded from public source control. They remain until they expire, are revoked, are replaced, or are manually deleted.
• One temporary R2 object may be reused for the same finished video across authorized publishing destinations. It is deleted only after the required Instagram and TikTok completion receipts are recorded. A time-based rule must not delete the shared object before those receipts exist.
• Publishing metadata and receipts may remain in internal production records until routine project cleanup or manual deletion. Generated media may remain in the applicable brand's production archive until it is no longer needed.
• Support and legal records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, protect the Service, and meet legal obligations.

Content already transferred to TikTok or Pinterest is retained and controlled by the applicable platform and connected account, not by the Studio website.

6. Your choices, revocation, and deletion

You can revoke an app's authorization using TikTok's or Pinterest's connected-app or security controls. Revocation prevents future authorized API requests but does not remove content already uploaded or published on the applicable platform.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by UrExcellency Studio—including locally stored TikTok or Pinterest authorization data—email help@urexcellency.com. Please identify the relevant brand, platform, and account so we can locate the correct records. We may need to verify that the requester controls the affected account.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for data in transit, restrict operational access, keep secrets and tokens out of public source control, and use platform authorization rather than collecting platform passwords. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Legal bases and international processing

Where applicable, we process information with consent, to perform requested publishing actions, for legitimate interests in operating and securing our tools, and to comply with legal obligations. TikTok, Pinterest, Cloudflare, Google, and YouTube may process information in countries other than your own under their respective terms.

9. Children's privacy

UrExcellency Studio's publishing tools are intended for authorized adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these tools.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our brands, publishing tools, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
